Turkey's most comprehensive CRM project was implemented at Bürotime.

Bürotime, one of the leading companies in the office furniture sector, chose Turkey’s most established CRM software, ERM CRM, to implement its digital transformation and central dealer management projects. The key development areas in this comprehensive project were as follows:

  • Over 750 users and more than 100 domestic and international dealers began actively using ERM CRM solutions.
  • ERM CRM, offering end-to-end customizable and ready-made solutions, was fully integrated bidirectionally with the company’s ERP systems (Netsis and Mas).
  • Later, Bürotime transitioned to IFS ERP. ERM CRM was quickly integrated into the IFS ERP system without affecting the dealer and sales teams.
  • Along with all CRM processes, features such as product configuration, multi-language support, multi-currency capability, and the ability to work with different price lists were successfully implemented.
  • Dealer management functions, such as creating dealer scorecards and workflows for evaluating dealers, were also included in the project scope.

This application notably shortens the time for quoting and converting to orders and minimizes errors in all operational processes. Since all stages of orders progress through a single program, it facilitates reporting quotes, orders, production, and shipping performance. After-sales requests for spare parts and repairs are also managed through the same system, ensuring that all processes are under control, positively reflecting on customer satisfaction."
