End-to-End Automation Project from Sales to Technical Service

Pudo, an innovative initiative to establish a “Smart Shipping Network” across Turkey, has integrated its business processes from sales to technical service management with the ERM CRM platform, enabling management from a single location. Here are the successful operations implemented as part of this continuously developing project:

  • A bulk upload of potential locations is conducted and then assigned as opportunity records to the sales teams.
  • Sales teams’ visit schedules and tasks are tracked within ERM CRM.
  • Sales teams manage their opportunities through the ERM CRM platform.
  • The entry and approval of field contracts made with agreed-upon locations are managed end-to-end in the system.
  • Requests for the installation of technical devices and the dispatch of technical service to the location are managed through ERM CRM.
  • The end-to-end management of customer notifications and complaints received by the call center is handled effectively.
  • The assignment of technical service teams for resolving complaints and the management of all steps related to the issue resolution are executed and tracked through ERM CRM.

Pudo’s applications have been integrated with ERM CRM. Customer representatives can perform transactions on Pudo’s main system through ERM CRM.

Complete automation

The caller’s information and past transactions are automatically displayed for the customer representative. 

Complaint categories

Detailed record forms have been designed for data analysis. A complaint tree structure allows for the creation of specific workflows for each type of complaint.

Customized workflows

All workflows are orchestrated from start to finish and monitored with real-time alerts and reminders. Progress is visualized on interactive dashboards.
